About Us
Neighbors fixing
neighbor's cars.
B & J Auto Service isn't a chain or a franchise. We're a local shop on Ontario Road where the same faces show up day after day — and that's by design.
When you pull into our bay, you get an honest assessment, not a sales pitch. We'll tell you what needs attention now, what can wait, and exactly what it'll cost before we touch your car.
Whether it's a daily commuter or a weekend project, we bring the same care to every vehicle that crosses our threshold.
Testimonials
What our neighbors say
We let our work speak for itself — but it helps to hear it from the people who drive away from our shop every day.
"I've been bringing my cars here for years. They always explain what's going on instead of just handing me a bill. Feels like dealing with someone who actually cares."
M. Rodriguez
Niles resident
"My check engine light came on and I was worried about the cost. They diagnosed it fast, gave me the options, and didn't pressure me into anything I didn't need. Fair price, too."
S. Thompson
St. Joseph
"Best auto shop in the area, hands down. They got me in quickly, fixed my brakes while I waited, and the price was exactly what they quoted. Won't go anywhere else."
